Hi! I'm Laura, Principal Designer and founder of Studio Isabelle Design and Company.

I have always been a homebody at heart and have wanted to bring this feeling to every home I am in. I was lucky enough to spend my formative years witnessing my parents flip a countless number of houses. This gave me the foundational understanding of the construction process from a young age, and through this, I fell in love with the magical process of making a house truly feel like a home. This ultimately inspired me to pursue my Bachelors of Interior Design where I graduated with honours.

I began my career in the world of salon and spa design where I specialized in custom millwork details. Eventually, I longed for the personal connections, the relatability, and the magic of residential design.

 

I launched Studio Isabelle in hopes to bring this magic to every home I have the honour of creating. I have a passionate belief that great design establishes a deep connection between the user and the space. My intention with every project is to make one feel something upon entering their space and it is this connection that fuels me to create in a way that is both livable and beautiful.
